Dr Srinivas Murthy (Vancouver) delivers an editorial, which is followed by a panel discussion including Profs Kathryn Maitland (Kalifi), John Marshall (Toronto) and Marion Campbell (Aberdeen). The session is chaired by Prof Howard Bauchner.
